Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Das Auto Sport will not accept ANY unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us at Returns@DasAutoSport.com prior to doing so. If conditions for product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number that must be clearly marked on your return package. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by Das Auto Sport within 30 days of your original receipt of the product. No credit will be issued for damaged, installed or deformed items. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit. Credits will be issued to the original payment source (ie Credit Card, Paypal, Etc.)

Special order items and electrical parts cannot be returned unless they are defective.

All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking charge unless return was caused by our error.

Shipping Information

Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item.

Most of the products we carry are shipped the next business day after we receive your order and have confirmed payment. However, in some cases, your order may take 3-5 business days to ship out depending on:

• Our current order volume at the time of purchase
• Product availability
• special orders
• inaccuracies of website inventory
• payment delays & bank funds verification

Occasionally, an item may be sold out at the time of your order and we will be unable to process your order until more stock is available. In this event, you have the option of placing your items into backorder or receiving a full refund if you do not wish to wait for more stock to arrive. If you decide to retain your order in place, we will send notice of shipment when the products you ordered becomes available.

While we make our best effort to keep each customer informed of their order status, we cannot guarantee that we will notify you if your order is in some way delayed.

All items will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified on your order or if prohibited by size or weight, in which case a motor freight carrier will be used. Expedited shipping may be available at additional cost upon request. USPS Priority Mail may be substituted for orders weighing under 2 pounds total weight.
